Details regarding the design, colors, features, and pricing of Google’s next-generation smartwatch, the Pixel Watch 5, have surfaced online ahead of its official announcement. Newly released high-resolution renders showcase the smartwatch in various color variants, featuring new watch faces and a range of strap combinations. Indications suggest that while the device will launch in two sizes—consistent with previous models—its price might see a slight increase.

The leaked information was published by the tech website The Tie Chart. The renders were shared by well-known tech tipster Steve H. McFly, widely recognized in the tech community as @OnLeaks; he has a track record of providing accurate information in the past.

According to the published renders, the Pixel Watch 5 may be available with four strap color options: Black, Light Gray, Olive, and Coral. Additionally, while a “Warm Gold” version has currently been spotted only for the 41mm model, it is speculated that a 45mm version might also be released in the future.

No major design overhaul is indicated. Like its predecessors, the smartwatch retains the domed display, side-mounted charging contacts, and Google’s proprietary band attachment mechanism. Consequently, straps from earlier Pixel Watch models remain compatible with the new model.

A new watch face is also visible in the leaked images. It features an analog dial set against a wavy background and includes a shortcut for accessing Google’s Gemini AI, allowing users to utilize the AI assistant directly from their wrist.

Reports indicate that the Pixel Watch 5 will arrive in two sizes—41mm and 45mm—with each size offering both Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi + LTE connectivity options. Furthermore, four model numbers associated with the device have been identified in filings with the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Based on this information, it is speculated that the selected models may incorporate advanced connectivity technologies such as Satellite Emergency SOS, Ultra-Wideband (UWB), and Wi-Fi 6.

New details regarding pricing have also emerged. Leaked information suggests that the price of the Pixel Watch 5 could increase by up to $50 compared to the previous generation. The projected prices are: $399 for the 41mm Wi-Fi version, $429 for the 45mm Wi-Fi version, $499 for the 41mm LTE version, and $529 for the 45mm LTE version. However, Google has not yet officially confirmed these prices.

It is anticipated that the Pixel Watch 5 will be officially announced alongside new Pixel smartphones at the upcoming ‘Made by Google’ event next month. Although the information available so far is based on various sources and leaked renders, it indicates that Google has prioritized software, artificial intelligence, and enhanced connectivity features over major design changes this time around.
