Woman detained by police for driving naked.

A woman in the United States was detained by police while driving recklessly in a completely naked state. Police reported that 22-year-old Kaitlyn Maxwell was driving her 2017 Dodge Challenger when officers stopped her due to her erratic driving. Upon searching the vehicle, police recovered marijuana, a modified firearm, and a suspected conversion device used to enable fully automatic fire. Police stated that a Glock pistol was found near Maxwell’s feet, and another was discovered between the passenger seat and the center console. A British tabloid reported the story.

Additionally, a third Glock pistol and two AR-15 rifles were recovered from the vehicle’s trunk. One of the rifles was suspected to be fitted with a “switch” capable of enabling fully automatic fire. Following the incident, Maxwell was charged with refusing a DUI test, possessing marijuana in a motor vehicle while carrying a firearm, reckless driving, and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Later, a charge for possessing a modified firearm was also added. During police questioning, Maxwell revealed that her 24-year-old boyfriend, Sean Cooley, used a 3D printer to manufacture the firearm switches—also known as “forced reset triggers.”
