Iran’s Defense Minister, Major General Amir Hatami, has issued a stern warning regarding the ongoing conflict with the nation’s adversaries. He has pledged to continue military operations to the very last drop of his blood until total victory is achieved. Iran International reported this information in a live broadcast on Friday (May 15).
Amir Hatami stated that the source of their confidence—both in terms of victory and capability—lies in their faith and conviction.
The Iranian Defense Minister further added that, despite the United States’ possession of modern ground and air defense systems, “faith-based power” enabled Iranian F-5 fighter jets to fly over U.S. positions in Kuwait, successfully complete their mission, and return safely.
He asserted, “Our faith has thrown the enemy into such confusion that they have ended up shooting down their own fighter jets. We are fighting for victory, and Iranian warriors have long since conquered the fear of death.”
Meanwhile, amidst U.S. President Donald Trump’s visit to China, no significant news has emerged thus far regarding a potential end to the conflict with Iran. On the contrary, while in China, Trump issued fresh threats of resuming military operations against Iran.
Separately, citing U.S. and Israeli sources, Tel Aviv’s Channel 11 reported that Israel has conveyed a clear message to Washington indicating its desire to resume military operations against Iran.
