Jennifer Joanna Aniston known as Jennifer Aniston( born February 11, 1969) is an American actress, film producer and businesswoman best known for her role as Rachel Green in the TV sitcom Friends. She’s also known for her roles in a variety of films, including Bruce Almighty( 2003), The Break- Up( 2006), Marley & Me( 2008), We are the Millers( 2013) and Office Christmas Party( 2016).

Aniston began her career as an actress on the TV sitcoms Molloy( 1990 – 1991) and Ferris Bueller( 1990 – 1991). She made her film debut in the horror movie Leprechaun( 1993). Her breakthrough role came in the TV series Friends( 1994 – 2004), in which she played Rachel Green, a popular and fashionable friend of the six main characters.

Aniston has received numerous awards and nominations for her work, including an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for Friends, a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for her performance in The Break- Up, and a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series for Friends.

Aniston was also aco-founder of the production company Echo Films, and has appeared in advertisements and music videos. She’s also a spokeswoman for various brands, including Smartwater, Aveeno and Living Proof. She’s laboriously involved in colorful charities, and has become an advocate for mental health awareness.
