14 people were lost their lives in heavy rains and storms in the Latin American country of Argentina. The storm hit the Argentinian port city of Bahía Blanca on Saturday (December 16). The wind speed during the storm was recorded at 150 km per hour.

Thirteen people were killed when the roof of a sports club in the city of Bahia Blanca collapsed during the storm, local officials said. At that time, a roller skating competition was going on in that club. 14 more people were injured in this incident. Rescuers have started efforts to rescue people trapped under the rubble.
