Two US soldiers have been killed in an Iranian missile and drone attack in Jordan. Additionally, another soldier is reported missing following the incident. US Central Command (CENTCOM) confirmed this information in a statement on Saturday.
CENTCOM stated that the two soldiers were killed on Friday while US and allied forces stationed in Jordan were intercepting Iranian ballistic missile and drone attacks. A Pentagon statement noted that a total of 16 US soldiers have been killed so far in the ongoing conflict, with more than 430 others injured.
