A spokesperson for the Iranian armed forces stated that, despite repeated US attacks, they have continued the production of missiles and attack drones and the US has yet to identify the locations of their missile production facilities.
Citing state-run Press TV, armed forces spokesperson Abolfazl Shekarchi said that at every stage of the US-Iran conflict—even during the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)—Iran’s military has continued to manufacture missiles and attack drones.
“Missiles are moving directly from our production plants to operational units, while our stockpiles are simultaneously being replenished,” he said.
He added that, despite extensive intelligence operations, the US has failed to locate Iran’s various missile production centers.
An Al Jazeera report further noted that Iran has managed to withstand US attacks far better than the Trump administration had anticipated. A CIA assessment from May indicated that Iran still retained approximately 70 percent of its pre-conflict missile stockpile. Iranian-made weapons—particularly drones—can be produced at a relatively low cost, yet countering them requires the US to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars.
