Cristiano Ronaldo is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a forward for Serie A club Juventus and captains the Portuguese national team… He’s widely considered to be one of the Greatest footballers of – all time.

Born in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal, on February 5, 1985, Ronaldo began his football career playing for amateur team Andorinha, where his father was the kit man. He also went on to play for local clubs Nacional & Sporting CP before signing with Manchester United in 2003.

At Manchester United, Ronaldo snappily established himself as one of the best young players in – the world, winning multitudinous individual awards including the Ballon d’Or in 2008. In 2009, he moved to Real Madrid for a world record transfer fee of€ 94 million.

At Real Madrid, Ronaldo won – 15 major trophies, including two – La Liga titles, four – UEFA Champions League titles, and four – UEFA Super Cup titles…. He also became the all- time top scorer in – UEFA Champions League history.

In the year 2018, at the age of 33, Ronaldo moved to Juventus. He has since helped the club to two Serie A titles and a Supercoppa Italiana.

He has scored further than 700 career goals, won five – Ballon d’Or awards, and is the only player to have won the European Golden Shoe four times.
