Brigadier General Amir Akraminia, spokesperson for the Iranian Army, has stated that the country’s army is fully prepared to counter any type of threat.
He noted that the army is continuously working to enhance its military capabilities. As part of this effort, existing military systems are being modernized, new equipment is being inducted, and reliance on the country’s indigenous capabilities is being increased.
Brigadier General Akraminia stated that the Iranian Army is steadily advancing in enhancing its operational effectiveness and readiness. The military system is being further strengthened through the integration of modern technology and new equipment.
He added that following the delivery of new military hardware to various army units, combat equipment and other military assets are being reorganized. These assets are being arranged to align with daily operational requirements and activities.
This statement from the Iranian Army comes at a time when the country is facing regional tensions and various security threats. The nation’s military has previously announced plans to bolster its defense capabilities.
