Officials from 10 countries participated in the meeting held in Abu Dhabi between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Citing an unnamed Emirati official, reports stated that the meeting took place in two stages. In the first stage, Netanyahu and Sheikh Mohamed met privately. Subsequently, an expanded meeting was held, attended by representatives from the United States, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain, Libya, and Oman, alongside representatives from Israel and the UAE.
Earlier, the UAE’s state news agency, WAM, reported that Netanyahu met with Sheikh Mohamed during his visit to the UAE on Sunday. Netanyahu’s office also confirmed the visit. However, the information regarding the participation of officials from 10 countries in the expanded meeting stems primarily from a report by Channel 14 and an unnamed source.
