Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has warned that countries aiding the United States will face severe consequences. A statement declared, “If nations assisting the aggressor do not rectify their conduct, they will face a harsh response.”
The IRGC also announced plans to further strengthen its control over the Strait of Hormuz. The statement asserted, “The Strait of Hormuz is our territory, and the IRGC Navy personnel maintain full control over it. No outsider arriving from thousands of kilometers away will be permitted to interfere here.”
It further added, “As long as US authorities persist with their hyperbole, threats, and interference in maritime traffic within the region, this strategic waterway will not be opened.”
