In retaliation for a second day of US airstrikes, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has attacked two US military bases located in Kuwait and Bahrain.
The IRGC confirmed that the attacks were carried out early Thursday morning.
In a statement, the IRGC warned that if the US launches similar attacks again, this retaliatory response would extend to other US bases in the Gulf region.
The IRGC described the attack as “the first step of a punitive response against the US for violating the agreement.”

Earlier, on Wednesday, the US conducted airstrikes in Iran for the second consecutive day. The US military claims to have struck a total of 170 targets inside Iran during the operations launched on Tuesday.
