As Washington and Tehran continue to put pressure on each other to see who will back down first to break the deadlock in talks to end the Middle East war, US President Donald Trump launched a fierce attack on social media late at night.

On his own social media account, Truth Social, Trump posted several pictures of an artificial intelligence (AI) missile attack on an Iranian boat, a space battle and a US flag flying over Iran.

In just a few hours, Trump shared more than 20 pictures, most of which expressed threats of further US military action against Iran. In one picture posted by the US leader, an American flag is superimposed on a map of Iran with arrows pointing towards the Islamic Republic from all sides.

In another picture, a US drone is seen hitting a speeding Iranian boat. It was captioned, “Bye bye, fast boats.”

The US president posted a video showing a US warship targeting an Iranian fighter jet, alongside a clip of himself. In the five-second clip, Trump is seen tapping a table as if typing on a computer and saying, “Ba ba ba ba…fire, boom.”

President Trump also posted a photo of himself in space under the caption “Space Force.” It shows him surrounded by satellites, monitoring a missile strike from orbit.

Another photo shows Trump pressing the “kill button” on a spacecraft, with multiple screens in the background showing what appears to be a missile strike and a nuclear explosion.

Trump’s warning

The latest online attack comes after Trump issued a new warning to Iran. Trump says Iran must come to a peace deal quickly. Otherwise, ‘they will have nothing left.’

Trump threatens on Truth Social, writing, ‘Time is running out for Iran. They must act quickly, very quickly, or they will have nothing left. Time is very precious.’

On February 28, US and Israeli forces launched a joint offensive against the Islamic Republic. Since then, Washington has been locked in a conflict with Tehran. Washington is struggling to end and make any progress in this war that has shaken the Middle East and raised oil prices.

As a result of this war, the strategically important ‘Strait of Hormuz’ has been practically blocked. In normal times, about 20 percent of the world’s oil exports pass through this waterway. The aggression against Iran has also drawn neighboring Lebanon into a serious conflict. Israel continues to recklessly destroy the country.

Lebanon has demanded a permanent ceasefire before reaching any major peace agreement with Trump. On the other hand, he has been very angry and disappointed that Tehran has refused to accept the deal on Trump’s terms.
