Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to visit the United States this coming Saturday. A senior Israeli official confirmed this to the news agency Reuters.
The official stated that Netanyahu intends to meet with US President Donald Trump; however, it remains unclear whether Trump will agree to the meeting.
Netanyahu will attend the memorial service for the late US Senator Lindsey Graham. The date for Graham’s funeral has not yet been announced.
Netanyahu is undertaking this visit at a time when the United States and Iran have once again become embroiled in conflict.
